The Wall Street Journal reports that “Tepco finally gets an official cleanup plan.”
My questions are:
“What does that plan entail?”
“Will it actually work?”
“How can we trust an internal Nuclear Regulation Authority that was established by the Japanese government?” and
“Why are people allowing a national body to oversee a triple-meltdown nuclear site that affects the whole world and requires international attention and cooperation?”
